Short version

What data HomeManager stores

HomeManager stores the items, rooms, photos, warranties, receipts, and maintenance parts you add — on your device and, if you’re signed into iCloud, in your personal iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit.

We have no access to this data. Apple’s CloudKit encrypts it in transit and at rest; only your Apple ID can access it. You can delete it at any time by removing items in the app, deleting the app, or clearing the app’s data in iCloud Settings.

Apple’s handling of this data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

What the app accesses on your device

All of this stays on your device (or in your iCloud, as above).

Third-party services

Children

HomeManager is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Because we don’t hold your data, there’s no account to close and nothing for us to delete on our side. You control everything from the device:

International users

HomeManager is built in the United States. If you use it from outside the US, you are doing so voluntarily.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, surface a note inside the app before they take effect.
